CHOOSI Ltd ("CHOOSI", "we", "us", "our") operates the platform at choosi.io. We are a UK-registered company and act as the data controller for all personal data collected through the Choosi.io platform.

Voice & survey response data
- Audio recordings of your responses during AI Voice conversational screeners
- Transcripts generated from those voice sessions

Voice sessions are conducted using AI technology. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. We will always inform you before a voice session begins that it is being recorded.
4. Why we use your data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Panel management: to register you, manage your account, and match you to relevant research opportunities
- Screener qualification: to assess whether you meet the criteria for a specific research panel or project
- Research delivery: to conduct surveys, voice sessions, and other research activities on behalf of our brand and agency clients
- Insight generation: to analyse aggregated and/or anonymised responses to produce research findings for clients
- Communication: to contact you about new panel opportunities, surveys, and your account
- Incentive processing: to administer any rewards, vouchers, or payments for participation
- Platform improvement: to improve our AI screener technology, survey tools, and panel management platform

Where we rely on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. Sharing your data

- Research clients: anonymised or aggregated insights are shared with brands and agencies who commission research through Choosi.io. We do not share individually identifiable data with clients without your explicit consent.
- Technology providers: third-party services that help us operate the platform (e.g. cloud hosting, AI voice processing, survey tools, email delivery). All providers are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
- Incentive partners: where required to process rewards or payments for your participation.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
7. How long we keep your data
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Account and profile data: for as long as your account is active, plus up to 3 years after your last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Voice recordings: raw audio is retained for up to 12 months. Transcripts derived from recordings may be retained longer in anonymised or pseudonymised form.
- Survey responses: retained for up to 5 years in anonymised or aggregated form for longitudinal research purposes.
- Financial records (incentive payments): retained for 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting obligations.
When your data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
