These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Choosi.io platform and services, operated by CHOOSI Ltd ("CHOOSI", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
The Choosi.io platform connects panel members ("you", "your") with market research opportunities on behalf of brands and research organisations ("clients"). Participation may involve AI Voice conversational screening calls, follow-up surveys, and other research activities.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CHOOSI Ltd. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect and use your personal data.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that we believe, in our reasonable judgement, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to CHOOSI, our clients, or other members.
Choosi.io uses AI-powered Voice technology to conduct conversational screening calls. By participating in a voice screener, you agree to the following:
Your voice responses will be recorded and transcribed using automated AI technology. You will be informed before each session that recording will take place. By proceeding with the call, you give your consent to recording.
You must answer all screener questions honestly and accurately. Providing false information to qualify for a panel may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of any incentives.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device and internet connection to complete voice screener sessions. CHOOSI is not liable for failed sessions due to connectivity or device issues on your end.
Voice recordings and transcripts are used to assess your suitability for research panels, to improve our AI screening technology, and to generate anonymised research insights. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
From time to time we will invite you to participate in surveys, interviews, product testing, or other research activities. Please note:
CHOOSI may offer incentives (such as vouchers, gift cards, or cash payments) for participation in research activities. The following conditions apply:
All content, technology, design, software, and materials on the Choosi.io platform are owned by or licensed to CHOOSI Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
By submitting responses during surveys, voice screeners, or other research activities, you grant CHOOSI Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, process, and incorporate those responses into research outputs and platform improvements, in anonymised or aggregated form. You retain no individual ownership rights over research outputs.
Your privacy matters to us. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data — including data collected through AI Voice screeners (voice recordings, transcripts), follow-up surveys, and your profile (email, phone number, age, shopping habits, and other consumer behaviour data) — is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We process your personal data under UK GDPR. You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and the right to object to processing. Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Research activities conducted through Choosi.io may involve commercially sensitive information belonging to our clients (for example, details of new products, advertising concepts, or strategic initiatives). Where this is the case:

The Choosi.io platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHOOSI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any particular panel or receive any specific minimum number of research invitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CHOOSI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Choosi.io platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of incentives paid to you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@choosi.io. Upon closure, we will process a deletion request in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any outstanding incentives at the time of closure may be forfeited.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account if we reasonably believe you have:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account.
